While our two main products are recreational and competitive sand soccer and sand
volleyball, we really sell fun, exercise and excitement in and upbeat and lively environment.
Thunder Beach's main concept is to add-on our unique and proprietary programs of
recreational and competitive sand soccer and sand volleyball to existing
businesses that have either a very large parking lot or land in front, behind or on
the side of their business which they are not using.

You see in today’s economy, there are thousands of businesses that are looking
for a way of generating additional income in order to defray their growing cost of

a single sand soccer field within 15 minutes notice.
While not every Thunder Beach complex will be able to have a
sand soccer program due to the area available, all Thunder
Beach locations will offer our proven programs of recreational
and competitive sand volleyball.

Over the past 24 years, Tim McCormack has built 10
sand volleyball complexes as add-ons to existing businesses. In
Omaha, Nebraska he added his business onto a baseball/softball
batting cage complex, a driving range, and a bowling center. In 1990,
he purchased a 4.2 acre tract of land in Millard, Nebraska and
he built
a tremendous stand-alone facility with 8 outdoor sand
volleyball courts, 3 sand volleyball indoor courts,
including a large sports bar and restaurant.
In Bellevue, Nebraska Tim built on to a motel.
In Lincoln, Nebraska he built on to a bar/restaurant, and on to a
concession facility at State Fair Park.
In Atlanta, Georgia Tim helped build on to a softball complex.
In Kansas City, Missouri he built on to a skating center/ miniature
golf center, and a location at a restaurant/bar.
